Forum Terms of service

Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

A General List of our rules (and subject to change at anytime)Rules means both In character and Out of Character unless specified.#1- NO CUSSING:Minimal foul language, we provide a mature faction and to us cussing is unnecessary.#2- NO DISCRIMINATION.We do not allow any discrimination AT ALL in this faction#3- SHOW RESPECT.Have patience with each other, some of us may not have as much RP experience as others but can only obtain the proper knowledge and how-to from the more experienced.Show respect.#4- BE +18 yrs old.This is an adult (+18) faction no one younger may be permitted to enter the guild or the forums.#5- NO DRAMA.We are a DRAMA FREE faction. We all came here to play and have fun. Please keep the OOC drama minimalized.#6- NO DONATIONS.We do not need RL donations, and therefore will not ask for real life cash donations.#7- TELL PROBLEMS TO LEADER, DIRECTOR or MARSHAL.Any complaints must be made to the Leader, Director, and Marshal (in pms please) it is our jobs in these roles to provide a caring and friendly environment for everyone to enjoy.#8- JOIN FORUM.We wish for all new players to join our forum, as it is easier to keep up to date with facion happenings.#9- BE ACTIVE.If the player is inactive woth no given reason for more then 1 month, the player will be removed from faction. The player may reaply at a later date.#10- NO SEXUAL HARASSMENT.absolutely no RP or OOC execution of or joking around sexual harassment, stalking, rape, etc. You'll get only one warning about this. It's not appropriate in-character or out-of-character.#11- NO ATTACKS IN SANCTUM HALL.The Sanctum Hall will from now NOT, I repeat NOT be the place for attacks, chaos mayhem or threaths. (unless previously discussed and approved by Leader, Director or Marshals)Either from within or without.If you wish to RP this, please keep it outside the Sanctum Hall rp place.**Any disregard made to these rules will result in: 2 written warnings or an instant ban (depending on the severity of the action)
